Lama betul tak bersiaran sekarang ni kan. Sejak kebelakangan ni suasana agak suam2 kuku sikit kat sini maybe sebab semua orang kebanyakannya samada tengah exam atau tengah bercuti dan bagi yang bekerja tu sibuklah dengan tugas masing2.

Ah kak pun baru je balik bercuti sempena Summer Holiday minggu lepas. 

Anyway, a very quick update. What I have here is a collection of Novelty Teapot that being sought after by most collectors and the good thing is it's all for sale. This novelty teapot is a pre-lived item but definitely in a very good condition. 10th Anniversary Cake

Salam semua,

Alhamdulillah, sekarang ni dah masuk summer kat London ni dan cuaca pun dah agak stabil berbanding Spring hari tu cuma bila dah masuk musim panas ni, hangat nya dah seakan-akan sama macam kat Malaysia.

But then, nampaknya cuaca je lah yg makin stabil tapi tuan punya badan ni masih duk macam tu jugak, bila nak stabil pun tak tau ler. Neway, this Anniversary Cake is for one of my friend here yang sambut Ulangtahun Perkahwinan yang ke-10.

To Azan and Haniff, Happy Anniversary dan semoga berkekalan hingga ke akhir hayat..Amin.

Checkered Rainbow Cake for lil Lissa

Salam semua,

Memang lama betul tak menulis kat sini. Satu, sebab tak ada aktiviti pun yang nak di update, kedua memang tersangat malas nak buat apa2 aktiviti sejak preggy ni tambahan pulak dengan cuaca yang asyik mega mendung tak tentu hala kat London ni, lagi lah ah kak jadi beruang kutub yang hibernate masa musim sejuk tu :)

Neway, dalam duk malas2 tu kugagahkan jugak ler badan ni duk kat dapur sebab nak buatkan birthday cake my second daughter Khalissa Khayrin, yesterday - 5/5/2012. Hmm...I've always wanted to try this checkered style cake but my body condition doesn't really permit me but this is one of the very special occassion, so  just have to force myself to finish it till tee.  

So, this is the end result..hmm...to tell the truth, when I sliced it the next day, it looks way better. Yang ni memang sememeh sebab semua orang nak potong kek cepat2 sebab tak sabar nak keluar lepas tu :)

To my lil girl Lissa, Happy Birthday sayang....

Citrus Cheesecake with Pineapple/Orange Filling and Passion Fruit Topping

Alhamdulillah, my mom dah selamat sampai di Kuala Lumpur pagi tadi waktu Malaysia. Start missing her already, but life has to go on..huhu....and the loneliness is killing me coz my husband is out of town for a week on the same day my mom went back to Malaysia.

Neway, nasib baik dah start cuti Easter so tak lah kelam kabut nak ke kelas dan hantar bebudak gi sekolah, but with less activities, the more I feel the emptiness.

Okies, enuff of that sad stuff. Back to this yummy citrus cheese cake with pineapple and orange filling inside it and I topped with passion fruit sauce. This is a cheesecake to die for beside the usual Snickers Cheesecake. Actually dapat idea nak buat cake ni from my ex-officemate Intan yang tengah study kat Australia. She's been asking me for cupcake recipe as she wants to enter into competition and at the same time dia sibuk duk cerita tentang kesedapan cheesecake ni. 

Sebab duk terpengaruh dengan cerita dia, so I try to invent it on my own and make this for makan2 kat rumah before my mom balik hari tu.

Truthfully, I al ways love citrus cake, be it an orange cake, lemon cake or anything with citrussy fruit because of the freshness in taste and aroma.
